Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, project execution, and workforce management. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Project Oversight – Ensure smooth execution of telecommunications and security infrastructure projects, managing workforce deployment, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Workforce & Resource Management – Oversee staffing, technician deployment, and subcontractor management to meet project deadlines.
• Process Optimization – Improve workflow processes, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to Division 27 & 28 regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Client & Vendor Relations – Manage relationships with contractors, clients, vendors, and key partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technology & Reporting – Implement and oversee technology solutions, project tracking, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

✅ 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in telecommunications, low voltage, or security infrastructure.
✅ Strong background in project management, workforce planning, and logistics.
✅ Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and field technicians.
✅ Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
✅ Proven ability to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and manage budgets.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
