Bilingual Foreman – Data Center Construction (English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Foreman to oversee field operations on data center construction projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage crews, ensure productivity, and maintain high standards of safety and quality in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, technically knowledgeable in construction practices, and experienced in coordinating teams within data center or large-scale commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead field crews on active data center construction sites
• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams (English/Spanish)
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Monitor productivity, quality of work, and crew performance
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and adjust plans as needed
• Assist in training and developing crew members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or lead in construction (data center experience preferred)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including electrical, mechanical, or structural scopes
• Experience working in data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
