Position Summary
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with contractors, EPC firms, developers, and end users involved in data center construction. This individual will serve as a trusted workforce solutions advisor, helping clients overcome labor shortages and staffing challenges while ensuring successful project execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, staffing, workforce solutions, construction services, or data center infrastructure and possesses an established network within the mission-critical construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center construction market.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, and data center developers.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Present workforce solutions tailored to client project needs, timelines, and labor requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful workforce delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms.
- Monitor market trends, project activity, labor demands, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
