Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer based in Costa Rica to support recruiting efforts for data center and infrastructure roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment and has experience identifying and engaging technical talent in the data center industry.
The Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates while delivering a high level of speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for data center and infrastructure-related roles using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent within the data center industry.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement in both English and Spanish.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sourcing KPIs, including outreach volume, candidate submissions, and pipeline generation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS/CRM system.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Continuously research the data center talent market to identify new sourcing strategies and talent pools.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual required).
- Experience sourcing for data center roles (technicians, engineers, infrastructure, facilities, or related positions).
- Proven success working in a high KPI / high-volume sourcing environment.
- Ability to work Central Time (CT) hours while based in Costa Rica.
- Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
- Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, networking, or mission-critical environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting agency or RPO environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing analytics.
